“I ARRIVED BLEEDING”

POETRY by:
MEGHANN BOLTZ

I ARRIVED BLEEDING

Left, choking
On feathers

On the gap
Between the teeth of

What I meant to say
& what I said

Said fuck me
When I meant

Love me, now
The angel is dead.
