VI. Quad (In Reverse)

Most recently, Renata completed and produced the “Samuel Beckett thing,” aka Quad (In Reverse). Hyperlinked to the title is the project page on Renata’s website featuring a video and text for this most recent performance piece, produced for Tótem Magazine. Renata’s Quad (In Reverse) is an adaptation of Samuel Beckett’s 1981 broadcast, Quad, with one vital difference: whereas all performers in Beckett’s original production circulate a square floor map directionally to the left, Renata flips it, with all performers circulating to the right.
